What is an Award Code and how does it work?

The Award Code is a unique number that is redeemed for a gift certificate / card from your favorite gift certificate / card suppliers either online or by mail.

What if I lose my Award Code? What should I do?

We have the capability to cancel any remaining balance on the Award Code and re-issue a new Award Code. You need to have your Award Code when you contact us.

Does an Award Code have an Expiration Date? How do I find out what the Expiration Date is?

No, our award codes do not have an expiration date.

What can I redeem my Award Code for?

Gift certificates / cards from your favorite retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, airlines, theme parks and much, much more. For a complete list of suppliers, click the "Gift Cards" link at the top of the page.

Can I redeem my gift Certificates / cards internationally?

gift certificates / cards are only valid in the US and Puerto Rico. gift certificates / cards are not valid at international locations. Our gift cards cannot be used on overseas military bases.

What do I do if I do not receive my gift certificates / cards?

If you have not received your cards for 20 days after the shipping date please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You must include a copy of your award code when contacting us.

What if my gift certificates / cards don’t work, what do I do?

You will need to supply customer service with the suppliers name and the number on the gift certificates / cards.
