Product Features and Terms

The Award of Choice Cards and Instant Awards are only redeemable for merchants based in the United States. All transactions are in US dollars. Any shipments to international destinations will be rejected.
Award of Choice Cards and Instant Awards may be redeemed at the AwardofChoice.com website (http://www.AwardofChoice.com) or by mail (to Award of Choice, 245 West Roosevelt Road, Building 9 – Unit 58, West Chicago, IL, 60185), for gift cards and/or certificates of participating merchants.
Cards and Instant Awards of a specific merchant may be redeemed at the store or website of the specific merchant. Participating merchants, denominations of merchant certificates, and merchant locations are subject to change. Award of Choice Cards and Instant Awards are redeemable for certain merchant gift cards and certificates only.
Award of Choice Cards and Instant Awards are not redeemable for cash, American Express® Gift Cheques, or for other Award of Choice products. Award of Choice Cards and Instant Awards are not valid for prior purchases, may not be returned, credited or exchanged, and may not be used on the website or in the stores of the merchants.
Participating merchants are subject to change, and are not guaranteed to be available at all times.
AwardofChoice.com does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, products, locations or content of any merchant. The list of available merchants when redeeming your Award of Choice certificate may differ than those merchants listed on the general website of AwardofChoice.com if merchant selection was suppressed or enhanced at the request of business customer purchaser.
Redemption of merchant gift cards and/or certificates is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective merchants, and such merchant certificates may not be available for use and redemption by individuals located outside the United States.

Shipping: Notification of Lost Shipments

Your redemption order cannot exceed the value of your Award of Choice Card or Instant Award.
Orders and redemptions on the websites of AwardofChoice.com are subject to AwardofChoice.com's Terms and Conditions and Security and Privacy Policies.
Physical orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Express deliveries cannot be sent to a P.O. Box, A.P.O. or F.P.O.
If physical gift cards and/or certificates are shipped directly to Customer, Customer must promptly notify AwardofChoice.com of (a) any discrepancy in the order; or (b) Customers non-receipt of shipment. Upon receipt of such notification, AwardofChoice.com will investigate, and may, if appropriate (i) correct such discrepancies; or (ii) cancel and replace any non-received shipment in which a full balance remains on the Award of Choice Card or Instant Award, provided that the intended recipient submits to AwardofChoice.com a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Shipment within 20 days of the shipment date for individual customers. If AwardofChoice.com does not hear from Customer or recipient within the aforementioned time frame, the shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by Customer.
AwardofChoice.com is not responsible if a Recipient or Customer defaces, damages or otherwise renders unsuitable for redemption a merchant gift certificate that is either sold to the Customer or received by the Recipient in exchange for a Award of Choice Card or Instant Award.
